NEWS FLASH:

Emmett recommends :

Root Beer Float Cake

1 package - white cake mix

1-3/4 cup cold root beer, divided

1/4 cup oil

2 eggs

1 envelope whipped topping mix (Dream Whip)

Combine cake mix, 1-1/4 cup root beer, oil and eggs. Beat on low for 3 minutes.

Pour into greased 13 x 9 pan. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.

Cool completely.

Combine whipped topping mix and 1/2 cup root beer. Beat until soft peaks form.

Frost cake.

Store in refrigerator
